Introduction
       Hot Pot is  one of the most celebrated traditions in Chinese cuisine. While it is enjoyed throughout China - particularly during festive occasion. A major city in Sichuan Province (and the site of the Three Gorge Dam).
        When you eat Hot Pot, you are your own chef. A pot and its stoev will be brought to your table. After the broth has come to a boil. Simply dump the ingredients you’ve chosen into the hot pot, Let them cook and enjoy!


Step1.Broth:
Traditionally, Sichuan Hot Pot is served in a spicy broth made with the famous Sichuan
flower pepper - a must for fans of spicy food. For those who prefer a mild taste, chicken broth is also available or, if your party contains broth types of eaters, we suggest the two flavor broth, which comes in a split pot, allowing each type of broth to be sampled.
